Last day to enter my YMX giveaway!!
Soft, comfy tri-pocket jersey, great for both active and casual outings. Perfect for cycling and hiking to bumming around town and going out to dinner. This is a great technical shirt, slim fitting with slightly elastic hem and generous arm length. The jersey also features three convenient back pockets for your keys, water bottle, mobile phone or anything else you want to hold while on the move. Made with silky MadKool wicking UPF 50+ fabric, it looks great for both active and casual endeavors.

Would make a great Christmas present... hint, hint guys:)

Enter today - winner will be chosen tomorrow using random.org.

Hard to believe it's December!!  After not doing a whole lot of anything last month, I set today as the day to get back into healthy eating and exercising habits.  For starters, I signed up for the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge - if you haven't, sign up and start tallying your exercise points for weekly chances to win awesome prizes.

For the healthy eating, I've once again cut out my daily chocolate.  I don't like to be too extreme - so I allow myself to indulge one day, usually Saturdays (thank goodness it's a short week :)).  They say the average American gains and maintains 5lbs every holiday season…no need for an extra 5 for me!

How are you keeping off the extra holiday 5?

  1. I'm mostly curtailing the constant munching, increasing the fruits/veggies, and cutting down the portion sizes. No deprivation dieting, just no more carte blanche at the dinner table. Of course, this is a delicate balance in the two days before an 8 hour race. Sigh.

  5. I always seem to do fine through the holidays...it's January that does me in. I am always stuck indoors (other than running) and tend to graze a bit too much! Good for you for giving up the daily chocolate..that would be a toughy.

  6. I am keeping it off (hopefully) by being mindful of what I'm throwing down the ole gullet.
