In a food processor, grind, until a paste forms:
1 cup of hazelnuts
Add and blend for one minute:
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Spread on toast, use as filling for crepes or as topping on ice cream or cupcakes.
