Tuesday Training

I took a bit of a break from training after my ZOOMA Chicago half marathon, partly due to laziness and partly due to a busy schedule.  This morning's run in Michigan was a great kick start to my training.  So what are we training for now?  My husband Kovas and I are training for an October marathon to celebrate both my 40th and our 15 year anniversary this fall.  Most likely it will be the Libertyville Marathon, but we have not registered yet...way to procrastinate, hope they're still taking registrations;)  This marathon is appealing to us for a couple reasons - it's local, smaller and mostly trail running.  Plus it lines up well with the Chicago Marathon training which is the next day!  We're using the Bank of America/ Nike training plan:
