Tuesday Training - Week 3

Here's how this week's Nike/Bank of America Marathon training went in preparation for the ZOOMA Chicago half and North Face Endurance Challenge Marathon:

Monday:  planned 4, ran 3
Wednesday: ran 4 as planned
Friday: planned 2, ran 3 to make up for Monday
Saturday:  planned and ran 6

With summer, family and work, balance and flexibility in training is key for me!
