Tuesday Training - Week One

Week one of the Nike Marathon Training Plan done!  As in previous years, I am being flexible with my training -- if I miss a day, I'm not stressing.  With 4 kids and all of our activities, balance is key.  I managed to squeeze in all but one of the runs and did some squats and plank on the weight training days.

Things I'm working on this week:  increasing mileage and coming up with a more serious weight training program.

  2. One way or another it will all work out. All the best with your training. I actually won a plan for NYCM training from NYRR so I'll probably use that when the time comes.
