Foodie Friday - Good for You Granola

On a rare occasion, I buy boxed/bagged cereal (usually granola), but most often we just make our own.  Here's a simple granola with lots of nuts and seeds...

In large bowl combine
4 c. oats
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. cashews
1 c. pumpkin seeds
1 c. walnuts
1tsp coconut palm sugar
cinamon and salt, to taste
1/2 c. coconut oil

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring after 10.  Let cool and enjoy!

Nut and seed types and amounts can be varied according to taste.
