Tuesday Training - Week 10 of North Face Endurance Challenge Marathon Training

Here's how week 10 shaped up in preparation for the ZOOMA Chicago half marathon in August and the North Face Endurance Challenge Marathon in September:

Monday:  planned 7, actual 7; Again we were in Michigan and similar to last Monday, I ran the first 5 solo, then the last 2 with Munchkin.  

Thursday:  planned 9, actual 6;  I left the kiddos at home with Tazer in charge and also it was Little A's birthday, so I cut my run short. 

Saturday:  planned 16, actual 10; We had a 10 mile training run with ZOOMA in Chicago.  It poured most of the time, but we knocked out 10+ miles.  I was thinking about doing another 6 in the evening but that didn't happen.

For week 11 the long run was to be 18 miles.  I don't feel quite ready for that, so I'm taking advantage of our little goof up in planning - I am going to repeat week 10.
