Tuesday Training - Week 8 Marathon Training

Here's how week 8 shaped up in preparation for the ZOOMA Chicago half marathon in August and the North Face Endurance Challenge Marathon in September:

maple woods
Wednesday's run in the woods.

Monday:  5 miles as planned
Wednesday:  6 miles through our local woods with Kovas
Friday:  5 miles as planned
Saturday:  planned - 13.1 miles, actual - just over 11 miles

Still need to add in some actual cross training and weight training...
