Midweek Motivation - Mindset is Everything

Mindset is everything.

After the holidays, and not running consistently during break, my last couple of runs have not been easy.  During summer running camp one of Gaigai's coaches said to always go out with the mindset of running the entire route.  This morning I channelled my inner Gaigai, headed out with the mindset of running the entire run and had an awesome run!  I also had a ton to get done before work, so no time to walk. :)
